Shipping Policy
At Mitthu Kids Ethnic Wear, we strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. We are pleased to offer shipping throughout Canada and aim to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Local Delivery
We offer free delivery within Guelph on all orders. For customers located in Kitchener, Waterloo & Cambridge, delivery charge is C$ 5 for orders below C$ 50. For orders above C$ 50, delivery is free in KWC. Estimated delivery times for Guelph is 1-2 business days and for KWC 2 to 3 business days.
Provincial and National Shipping
We offer free shipping across Canada on all orders above C$ 85. For orders below C$85 shipping charges are as follows:
Ontario & Quebec - C$ 10
Rest of Canada - C$ 12
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding statutory holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided by Canada Post for your specific location.
US Shipping
We offer shipping to United States, however delivery time vary and depends on the custom clearance of the respective country which we can not estimate.
Charges for standard shipping from Canada Post/USPS for US are based on order size:
Order below C$ 100 - C$20
Order above C$ 100 & below C$150- C$10
Order above C$ 150- Free
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website or by visiting the Canada Post website.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by Canada Post.
